ABOUT GRACEFUL PATH PSYCHIATRY
A Thoughtful Path Toward Mental Wellness
At Graceful Path Psychiatry, we believe mental health care should consider the whole person—not just symptoms. Our approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with thoughtful consideration of lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Mental wellness is influenced by many aspects of life. At Graceful Path Psychiatry, care is individualized to each person's needs, experiences, and goals.
We integrate evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic perspective, considering medication, lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition, and physical well-being when developing an individualized treatment plan.

Meet the Provider
Rhoda Castelo, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Rhoda Castelo is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a nursing career that began in 2008. Her diverse clinical background has shaped a compassionate, whole-person approach to mental health care.
Throughout her career, Rhoda has provided care through both telehealth and in-person settings. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked extensively with the geriatric population through home-based wellness visits, caring for individuals with complex medical needs while also addressing common mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
Her psychiatric training expanded her experience in the assessment and management of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and bipolar disorder. This combination of medical and psychiatric training allows her to consider both physical and emotional factors that may influence a person's mental well-being.
At Graceful Path Psychiatry, Rhoda provides care to adults ages 18 and older and strives to create a collaborative, supportive environment where patients feel heard and involved in their treatment. Her approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with thoughtful consideration of lifestyle, sleep, stress, physical health, and overall wellness.
